We use our housekeeping team for regular inspections too. Any potential issues may be spotted — and fixed — much sooner, before they grow to be a headache.

Professional management

Our expert property management team handles everything — tasks such as guest screening, guest agreements and T&C, communication, small repairs, and property maintenance would all be handled by us. It's in our interest, as much as yours, to ensure only high quality, professional guests stay in the property. We have rigorous screening process including collecting ID and strict T&C which helps us ensure only quality guests stay in.

No legal hell with bad tenants

Nowadays, AST tenants have more rights than landlords. While governments intentions might be good, it results in nightmare if you need to evict problematic tenants. Constant, all-nigh parties? Damage to the property? Late or no rent? All of those would require months of legal proceedings, potentially including courtroom. Not to mention, rarely such tenants leave property in a good condition, increasing costs via lengthy voids and repairs.

Short-to-medium guests of Serviced Accommodation don't have similar protections which results in much better protection of your investment.

No parties

We have strict rule of no parties in our properties. We respect communities we invest in and want to make sure our guests are in no means nuisance to neighbours. That's why we protect properties we manage against it with noise and crowd detectors, strict terms and conditions and high fees for breaching it.

And like we said earlier, if AST tenants are terrible neighbours, as landlord you really can't do anything.

Hands-off investment

If you are looking for a passive investment, company let is one of the best ways to go. You can receive your rent payments without having to deal with the day-to-day operations of managing tenants or simple maintanance.

Long term partnership with fast property flow

We are looking to build long-lasting partnership with agents which would allow you to quickly offload properties with little effort. Quicker turnaround, means less marketing costs, less time spent on viewings, tenant vetting and more time signing new landlords.
